What a glorious way to die.....for a warship like this! 167 was vanished from sight in less than 3 seconds....undoubtedly an unprecendented history with no parallel to any other. Perhaps just second to Hood in 1941.
Another lost ship? I am late to reply but a sad loss friends, a sad loss but I agree; a glorious way to die. I have said in another thread on Rosenfans that it is prudent to add floatation material to the empty spaces inside the ship's hull to prevent sinking. I do not want to hear of these sinkings again. |
